Mallet Toe
A mallet toe happens when toe joints bend upward. It might lead the toe to look spiral instead of flat. This condition often occurs in the second toe. But it also might influence the third and fourth toes.
There are two stages of mallet toes; flexible (muscle and toe joint are elastic and able to move) or rigid (muscle and tendons are tight)
Causes of mallet toes are:
